The Board of Directors annouced on July 16, 2025 that the next Deer Mountain Fire Chief is Marcus Widener.

On November 20, 2024, the Board named Tamara Jones as the next Deer Mountain Fire Chief.  The Board announced her resignation on April 16, 2025. 

Fire Chief JR Niblett has served the Deer Mountain Community with dedication.  His final meeting was September 18, 2024. The DMFPD Board honored his service to the community.
