Carlos "CJ" Allen, born in Arlington VA in 1981 and raised on a Virginia Homestead by his grandparents, where he attended Patrick Henry High School and later Virginia Union University. During his tenure at VUU as so many did during that time, Mr. Allen witnessed 9-11 and in following in his grandparents example of service, enlisted in the US Air Force.
Since then, Mr. Allen has incorporated "service before self" in assisting his clients as a Public Insurance Adjuster & Restoration Contractor, restoring homes and businesses after disasters. This has allowed Mr. Allen to work with many different jurisdictions and agencies across the United States.
He now looks forward to bringing that experience to assist with Emergency Management & Planning as Chairman of the Deer Mountain Fire District Board.
