The Board of Directors of Deer Mountain Fire Protection District are currently reviewing needed renovations to Station 1 on Copper Gulch Road and Station 2 within the Town of Cotopaxi.

Information on fire restrictions & bans can change rapidly! The most current information can and should be obtained from the Fremont County Sheriff and Deer Mountain Fire Department. Permission to burn on private property is provided by the Sheriff's Office.
